摘　　要：叶成亮教授临床运用少商穴治疗功能性消化不良,疗效显著。本研究结合叶成亮教授对功能性消化不良的辨证认识,简要分析了本病的相关病机及其治法,明确提出了肃肺降气应作为功能性消化不良临床治疗的重要一环。并从少商穴的穴位特性及主要治症入手,探讨了其作用特点,介绍了运用少商穴的理论依据。详述了叶成亮教授针刺与艾灸少商穴治疗功能性消化不良的临床经验,归纳了相关操作技术与要点,同时结合验案二则对有关临床经验进行了简要说明。The application of Shaoshang point（ LU11） is effective for functional dyspepsia used by professor YE Chengliang in clinic. This study briefly analyzed the pathogenesis and the treatment of functional dyspepsia,based on the syndrome differentiation of functional dyspepsia. It is clearly pointed out that descending lung-qi is the key point when treating functional dyspepsia. The theoretical basis for using LU11 to treat functional dyspepsia and its characteristic were elaborated according to the specificity and the action of LU11. The study also introduced professor YE Chengliang＇s experience in treating functional dyspepsia by acupuncture or moxibustion on LU11 and summarized the operating points. Furthermore,two proved cases were attached in order to further explain the clinical experiences.
