摘  要:在项目示范基地安徽和县的太阳能秸秆沼气系统热性能实验结果表明:为保证长江中下游农村冬季稳定的中温发酵状态,需要利用太阳集热器与光伏发电相结合的太阳能光热、光伏联合应用技术;在冬季日平均环境温度为4.7℃的条件下系统稳定运行时,石蜡大部分时间均处于相变状态,相变蓄热水箱内部水温维持近似恒定且不低于55℃,达到稳定蓄热效果,可满足产气罐在冬季的中温发酵热负荷需求;冬季太阳能秸秆沼气系统热利用效率为42.3%,且仍有进一步提高的空间。The experimental results of thermal performance of solar straw biogas system in the project demonstration base located in Hexian of Anhui province show that it is necessary to combine solar collector with PV power generation to ensure the stable mesophilic fermentation in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River during winter period.The paraffin layer can maintain phase transition state in most of time,and water temperature in phase change heat storage water tank maintains approximately constant which is not lower than 55 ℃ when this system runs stably under the average daily ambient temperature of 4.7 ℃ in winter,achieves the stable heat storage effect,satisfies the thermal load demand of gas producing tank for mesophilic fermentation in winter;the solar straw biogas fermentation system’s thermal utilization efficiency is 42.3% in winter,and there is still room for improvement.
