摘 要:为解决现有围护结构热性能评价方法无法适用于复合相变围护结构的问题,应用因次分析法和仿真模拟法,分析相变材料蓄热系数与其热物性的关系,进一步构建相变材料蓄热系数的计算方法。研究结果表明,相变材料的蓄热系数与其密度、导热系数、有效比热容的二次幂成正比关系;所研发的相变材料蓄热系数为16.20 W/(m^2·K),分别为夯实土壤、砌块砖和聚苯乙烯板的1.24倍、1.54倍和45倍。因此,在围护结构中添加相变材料可改善围护结构的热稳定性。研究结果可为相变材料在建筑中的高效应用与科学评价提供方法参考。In order to solve the problem that the thermal performance evaluation method of the existing enclosure structure cannot be applied to the composite phase change enclosure structure,the dimensional analysis method and simulation method are used to analyze the relationship between heat storage coefficient of phase change material and its thermal properties,and construct further the calculating method of the heat storage coefficient of phase change materials.The results show that the heat storage coefficient of phase change material is proportional to the square root of its density,thermal conductivity and effective specific heat capacity.The heat storage coefficient of developed phase change material is 16.20 W/(m^2·K),is 1.24 times of that of punning soil and 1.54 times of that of block bricks and 45 times of that of polystyrene boards,respectively.Therefore,using phase change material in envelop structure can get the better thermal stability.This study can provide reference for the efficient application and scientific evaluation of phase change material in buildings.
