摘　　要：加强与改进基层理论宣讲工作十分重要。目前,基层理论宣讲工作方式还比较单一,人民群众的理论活动参与度还不高,大众化理论宣讲的收听率和小众化理论培训的效果都还有很大的提升空间。要使基层理论宣讲工作在新时期取得长足的进步,就需要把理论宣讲方式和网络技术、艺术手段等相结合,需要人民群众的积极参与,需要采用差序选拔法来组织理论培训和选拔理论宣讲人员,从而增强理论宣讲的实效性。It is significant to strengthen and improve the theoretical propaganda at the grass-roots level.At present,the mode of grass-roots theoretical propaganda is relatively monotonous and the degree of people＇s participation in theoretical activities is not high.In addition,the audience rate of popular theoretical propaganda and the effect of small-scale theoretical training still have great room for improvement.In order to make great progress in grass-roots theoretical propaganda in the new era,theoretical propaganda needs to be combined with network technology and artistic means.Meanwhile,people＇s participation should be motivated.The method of differential selection should be adopted to organize theoretical training and select theoretical propaganda personnel,so as to enhance the effectiveness of theoretical propaganda.
