小茴香热熨敷配合腹部按摩治疗阿片类药物所致便秘的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨小茴香热熨敷配合腹部按摩对阿片类药物所致便秘的影响。方法选取2015年6月—2016年12月因使用阿片类镇痛药导致便秘的中晚期癌症患者50例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各25例。对照组常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以小茴香热熨敷配合腹部按摩。观察2组便秘改善效果,记录2组首次排便时间。结果观察组治疗便秘总有效率92.00%(23/25),高于对照组的56.00%(14/25),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组首次排便时间短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论小茴香热熨敷配合腹部按摩能有效改善阿片类药物所致便秘。Objective To investigate the effect of cumin fomentation combined w ith abdominal massage in treatment of opioid-induced constipation. Methods Totally 50 advanced cancer patients w ith opioid-induced constipation w ere assigned to the observation group and the control group,w ith 25 cases in each group. Patients of both tw o groups received routine nursing,and those in the observation group w ere given cumin fomentation combined w ith abdominal massage.The clinical effect of interventions on relieving constipation and time of first defecation w ere compared betw een tw o groups. Results The overall response rate w as 92. 00%（ 23/25） in the observation group and w as 56. 00%（ 14/25） in the control group,w ith a significant difference（ P 〈0. 05）. Patients of the observation group had a earlier time of first defecation compared w ith those in the control group（ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion The cumin fomentation combined w ith abdominal massage is potentially effective to relieve the opioid-induced constipation.
