MOTOmed viva2配合中药穴位熨烫治疗中风后肌痉挛的进展

摘　　要：中风后肌肉痉挛是中风后偏瘫的常见并发症,表现为上肢屈肌痉挛模式和下肢伸肌痉挛模式,严重影响患者肢体功能的恢复和日常生活能力的提高。目前常用的治疗方法包括大剂量应用口服药物、针刺、高压氧治疗、运动疗法、中药汤剂治疗等,上述治疗均有一定疗效,但在临床应用存在如并发症和禁忌症较多,患者依从性、耐受性不高等不足。MOTOmed viva2配合中药穴位熨烫治疗中风后肌痉挛有显著疗效,可提高肢体控制及协调能力,提高身体灵活度,且操作方便、不良反应小、患者治疗依从性高。The muscle spasm is a common complication of post-stroke hemiplegia,and is featured w ith upper limb flexor spasms and low er limb extensor muscle spasms. It seriously affects the motor function and activity of daily life in patients after stroke. The cuttent treatment methods usually include high doses of oral medication,acupuncture,hyperbaric oxygen therapy,kinesitherapy,traditional Chinese medicine decoction. How ever,these therapies have relatively high complications and low tolerance of patients. M OTOmed Viva2 movement training combined w ith acupoint ironing w ith Chinese herbs show s a good effect in treatment of muscle spasm after stroke.With advantages of being easy to use,less adverse reactions and high compliance of patients,it can effectively improve the body movement function of patients.
