摘　　要：目的了解住院患者静脉输液治疗的现状。方法选取医院29个科室907例静脉输液患者,由静疗小组成员进行横断面调查,调查内容有输液工具的选择、穿刺的部位导管的固定与维护、穿刺局部并发症、输注药物性质、输液接头连接、穿刺护士的工作年限7个方面的内容。结果 29个临床科室静脉输液工具以头皮钢针(65.27%)和静脉留置针(30.31%)为主,头皮钢针使用最多;穿刺部位的选择以手背(66.81%)和前臂(13.23%)为主;有58例导管维护不符合要求;带管患者住院期间并发症发生率为6.35%,其中药物外渗或渗出13例;输注药物性质以营养药(37.82%)和抗生素(30.65%)及中药制剂(14.11%)为主。结论护理管理者应高度重视,加强培训,制定相应的制度、流程、质控体系,加强输液安全质量控制,确保患者静脉用药安全。Objective To investigate the current situation of intravenous infusion therapy among inpatients in a certain hospital. Methods Totally 907 inpatients from 29 clinical departments w ere investigated cross-sectionally about the selection of infusion felicities,fixing and maintaining of catheter in the puncture site,complication of the puncture site,property of the infused drugs,conjunction of the infusion terminals,nurses＇ w orking lifetime. Results The scalp needle and vein-detained needle w ere most frequently used in 907 patients,accounting for 65. 27%and 30. 31% respectively. The opisthenar（ 66. 81%） and forearm（ 13. 23%） w ere tw o main sites of puncture. There w ere 58 cases of disqualified maintenance of catheter. The incidence f catheter-related complication w as 6. 35%,in w hich 13 cases w ith drug extravasation. The indw elling catheter w as mainly used for infusion of nutrient supplements（ 37. 82%）,antibiotic agents（ 30. 65%） and traditional Chinese drugs preparations（ 14. 11%）. Conclusion It must be emphasized by nursing supervisor as to the training,the safety and quality control,of intravenous infusion,in order to ensure the safety of intravenous infusion therapy among inpatients.
