摘 要:目的探讨护士主导的同伴教育提高婴幼儿母亲发热知识和自我管理水平的效果。方法选取本院儿内科2个病区内住院且0~3岁发热患儿的母亲,合计137例,采取整群随机抽样分成对照组(n=67)与研究组(n=70)。对照组67例患儿母亲给予传统健康教育方式培训发热管理知识,研究组70例患儿母亲给予同伴教育法培训发热管理知识。分别于培训前和培训3 d后,采用《住院婴幼儿父母对婴幼儿发热知识的认知及应对措施调查表》对婴幼儿母亲进行问卷调查,了解2组婴幼儿母亲对发热管理的认知与掌握情况。结果培训3 d后,2组患儿母亲发热基础知识认知正确率均较培训前提高(P<0.05),研究组患儿母亲对于发热腋窝温度临界值、体温测量频率、发热和感染的关系、低烧、高热及惊厥的好发因素等问题的正确率高于对照组(P<0.05)。培训3 d后2组患儿母亲自我管理水平调查评分较培训前均升高(P<0.05),且研究组患儿母亲自我管理水平调查评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护士主导的同伴教育可有效提高患儿母亲对发热的正确认知,提高发热自我管理水平,值得临床借鉴。Objective To investigate the effect of nurse-led peer education on know ledge and self-management level among mothers of infants and children w ith fever. Methods Totally 137 mothers of infants and children w ith fever w ere selected by cluster random sampling and divided into the control group( n = 67) and the study group( n = 70). The regular health education on know ledge and management of fever w as performed in the control group,and the nurse-led peer education w as carried out in the study group. The know ledge and self-management level of mothers on fever w ere evaluated before and three days after training. Results The accurate rate of assessment on fever know ledge w as improved in both tw o groups after training( P 〈0. 05). M others of infants and children in the study group achieved higher accurate rate of assessment on axillary temperature,frequency of temperature measurement,relationship betw een fever and infection,slight fever,hyperpyrexia and risk factors of convulsion compared w ith those of controls( P 〈0. 05). The score of self-management assessment w as improved in both tw o groups after training,and w as higher in the study group than that of controls( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion The nurse-led peer education is effective to improve the know ledge and self-management level of mothers of infants and children w ith fever
