1例寻常性天疱疮并发激素相关性并发症伴重度抑郁患者的中医护理

摘　　要：报道1例寻常性天疱疮继发高血压、糖尿病、重度脂肪肝、肺部细菌感染、妇科真菌感染、慢性失眠、重度抑郁患者的中医护理。护理要点包括中药配伍知识宣教、中药煎服方法指导、艾灸护理、饮食指导、精神护理。经过2个月的治疗及护理,患者疮面完全愈合,使用激素维持至较低水平,全身状态好。This paper review ed the nursing experience of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM）in patients w ith pemphigus vulgaris w ho developed secondary hypertension,diabetes,severe fatty liver,lung bacterial infection,gynecological fungal infection,chronic insomnia,and severe depression. The highlights of TCM nursing w ere as follow s： know ledge of TCM compatibility education,methods of TCM decoction,moxibustion care,dietary guidance,and mental care. After tw o months of treatment and nursing,the patient＇s w ound surface completely healed,dose of hormones therapy w as maintained to a low level,and the physical status is w ell.
