摘  要:研究了不同温度下浒苔在对虾养殖尾水中的生长及其对N、P营养盐去除效果的影响.实验设置了3个温度梯度组(15、20、25℃),每个温度以自然海水(SW)及f/2海水培养基(F/2)为对照组,对虾养殖尾水(WW)为处理组,隔天测定各组中浒苔的生长状况及尾水组中N、P营养盐含量的变化.结果显示,浒苔在WW组中生长较SW组好,差异显著;而与F/2组相比无显著性差异.20℃下浒苔生长最适宜,特定生长率达34.80%·d-1.各组中NH4+最大去除率在温度为15、20、25℃时分别为96.91%、97.21%、98.18%;NO2-和NO3-的去除率均大于99%;PO43-和TP去除率在25℃时达到最大,分别为97.87%、90.10%;表明温度对浒苔生长及其吸收WW中N、P营养盐有一定影响.The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of different temperatures on both the growth of Ulva Prolifra cultured by shrimp fishery wastewater and the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients in the culture.In the present study,U.Prolifra was cultivated at three different temperatures(15,20,25 ℃),with seawater(SW) and f/2 seawater medium(F/2) being set up as control.The growth of U.Prolifra and the contents of N,P nutrient in aquaculture wastewater(WW) of each group were determined every other day.The results showed that the growth of U.Prolifra in shrimp fishery wastewater was better than SW,the difference was significant.But there was no significant difference as compared with the F/2.The optimal growth was observed at 20 ℃,with the specific growth rate(SGR) being 34.80%·d-1.The removal rate of NH4+ reached the maximum to 96.91%,97.21% and 98.18%,respectively(15,20,25 ℃).The removal rate of NO2-and NO3-in each test group exceeded 99%.Meanwhile,the removal rate of PO43-and total phosphorus were both the highest at 25 ℃,which was 97.87% and 90.10% respectively.Based on these data,temperature was suggested to have some effect on the growth of U.Prolifra and its removal rate of N and P in the aquaculture wastewater.Thus,the application of U.Prolifra in purifing aquaculture wastewater could have a great significance for the healthy and sustainable development of aquaculture in China.
