摘　　要：为解决计算机辅助概念设计系统方案生成中经常出现的产品结构匹配性不能满足要求,从而需对设计方案进行人工筛选的问题,因此根据概念设计中功能-结构映射(Function-Structure Mapping)信息和设计结构矩阵(Design Structure Matrix)的内部结构联系,提出一种适合计算机辅助概念设计的问题解决方法.该方法以DSM表达和存储产品的结构匹配设计知识,然后基于FBS(Function-Behavior-Structure)设计过程模型开展概念设计,通过构建功能链以及提取设计中的FS映射信息获得结构链,再利用DSM设计知识对所获得的结构链进行结构匹配性评判,从而实现对计算机辅助概念设计方案的获取与筛选.基于该方法搭建了计算机辅助概念设计软件平台,并结合具体实例验证了所提出方法的有效性与软件系统的实用性.The design solutions generated from the computer-aided conceptual design system often contain mismatching structural information and require manual screening.To address this problem,this paper proposes a method suitable for computer-aided conceptual design by exploiting the association information between structures of function-structure（FS） mapping and those of design structure matrix（DSM）.It employs DSM to represent and store product structural matching design knowledge.By applying FBS（Function-BehaviorStructure） design process model for conceptual design,it suggests construction of functional chains and structural chains by extracting FS mapping information as initial design solutions.Subsequently,the structural matching information from the DSM-based design knowledge library stored a priori is utilized to screen the design solutions.As such,it implements both generation and screening of design solutions for computer-aided conceptual design systems.In the end,a prototype computer-aided conceptual design software platform was developed,and a design case study was presented to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method and the applicability of the software system.
