摘  要:针对机床类设备运行过程中摩擦状态的变化,提出基于设备工作电流信号的小波分析,利用小波系数重构各高频带信号,计算各信号的能量值,构造出能量特征向量.通过分析不同时刻各频带的能量值,提取包含摩擦信息的特征能量值,以此作为分析与监测设备摩擦状态的特征量.结果表明,分析来源于设备工作电流信号的摩擦特征量变化曲线,可以获得设备工作过程的摩擦状态,对于实现设备摩擦状态的在线监测具有重要意义.In view of the device's friction condition variation during operating,the wavelet analysis technique for current signal is applied to the friction condition testing and analysis.Firstly,the different high frequency band signals are reconstructed using the wavelet transforms.Energy eigenvector is constructed by computing the energy of these signals.Then,the friction feature energy value is computed by comparing the different frequency bands,which can be used to monitor friction condition.Experiments show that the analysis on the curves of the friction feature energy value originated from operating current signals helps to identify the fiction condition of the device,and it may contribute to implementing the on-line friction condition monitoring.
