经皮肾镜气压弹道联合超声碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的:对复杂性肾结石经皮肾镜气压弹道联合超声碎石术治疗的效果进行探讨。方法:选取76例复杂性肾结石患者,按照治疗方法不同随机均分为观察组和对照组,依次采用经皮肾镜气压弹道联合超声碎石术治疗,开放手术治疗,每组38例。比较两组围手术期的综合指标及术后各项指标。结果:与对照组相比,观察组围手术期的各项指标均较优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,观察组的术后镇痛药物使用率为13.16%,发热率5.26%,结石清除率94.74%,与对照组的相应数据23.68%、13.16%、57.89%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经皮肾镜气压弹道联合超声碎石术治疗复发性肾结石取得了不错的效果。提高了结石清除率,且利于患者术后机体的恢复,故值得进一步采用。Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous nephrolithotomy with percutaneous nephrolithotomy for the treatment of complicated renal calculi. Method 76 patients with complex renal calculi were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different treatment methods. They were treated by percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with pneumatic lithotripsy and open surgery,with 38 cases in each group. The comprehensive indexes of the two groups in the perioperative period were compared and the various indexes after the operation were compared. Results Compared with the control group,all the indexes in the perioperative period of the observation group were better than those in the control group（ P 0. 05）. In addition,the analgesic drug usage rate in the observation group was 13. 16%,the fever rate was 5. 26%,and the stone clearance rate was 94. 74%,which was significantly different from that in the control group（ 23. 68%,13. 16%,57. 89%）（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with ultrasonic lithotripsy has a good effect on the treatment of recurrent renal calculi. It improves the stone clearance rate and is beneficial to the recovery of the patient＇ s body after operation. Therefore,it is worth further use.
