摘 要:目的:研究蜂海绵共附生真菌Aspergillus sp.LS06的次级代谢产物。方法:采用减压硅胶柱层析、反相中压柱层析、制备高效液相色谱等方法对Aspergillus sp.LS06的发酵产物进行分离纯化。通过理化性质及波谱分析的方法,并结合文献资料进行结构鉴定。结果:从蜂海绵共附生真菌Aspergillus sp.LS06的发酵提取物中分离鉴定了11个化合物,分别为:环(6R-羟基-L-脯氨酸-L-亮氨酸)(1)、环(6R-羟基-L-脯氨酸-L-苯丙氨酸)(2)、环(L-脯氨酸-L-亮氨酸)(3)、环(L-脯氨酸-L-酪氨酸)(4)、环(L-苯丙氨酸-甘氨酸)(5)、乙基2-(4-羟基苯基)醋酸(6)、甲基2-(2,5-二羟苯基)醋酸(7)、2-(4-甲氧基苯基)乙酸(8)、酪醇(9)、亚油酸(10)、5-羟甲基糠酸(11)。结论:所有化合物均首次从该真菌分离得到。Objective :To investigate the chemical constituents on a fungus Aspergillus sp. LS06 associated with the marine sponge Haliclona sp.. Methods:Secondary metabolites of AspergiUus sp. LS06 were separated employing vacuum silica gel column chromatogra- phy, medium pressure column chromatography, and high performance liquid chromatography. Their chemical structures were character- ized by the comparison of spectroscopic data and the references. Results : Eleven compounds were isolated from the fermentation broth of AspergiUus sp. LS06, whose structures were established as cyclo-(6R-OH-L-Pro-L-Leu) (1), cyclo-( 6R-OH-L-Pro-L-Phe )(2), cyclo- (L-Pro-L-Leu) ( 3 ), cyclo-(L-Pro-L-Tyr) ( 4 ), cyclo-( L-Phe-Gly ) ( 5 ), ethyl 2-( 4-hydroxyphenyl ) acetate ( 6 ), methyl 2-( 2,5-di- hydroxyphenyl) acetate ( 7 ), 2- ( 4-methoxyphenyl ) acetic acid ( 8 ), tyrosol ( 9 ), linoleic acid ( 10 ) and 5-hydroxymethylfuroic acid ( 11 ), respectively. Conclusion:All the compounds are separated from this fungus for the first time.
