摘  要:目的:探讨山楂叶不同提取部位指纹图谱特征峰所代表的化学成分与降低血瘀大鼠血浆黏度的相关性,为建立"指纹图谱与药效关联"的中药质量控制模式提供理论依据和数据支持。方法:采用HPLC法建立山楂叶不同提取部位的指纹图谱;采用MATLAB软件的逐步后退分析方法,计算指纹图谱共有峰X与血浆黏度药效值Y的多元线性回归方程。结果:指纹图谱共有峰有32个,X_9、X_(10)、X_(11)、X_(13)、X_(14)、X_(15)、X_(17)、X_(19)、X_(27)、X_(31)和血浆黏度值具有相关性,组成功效成分组。X_9、X_(10)、X_(13)、X_(14)、X_(17)、X_(31)具有负相关性,有可能是活性单体成分,其中X_(14)是牡荆素葡萄糖苷,X_(17)是牡荆素。结论:该研究利用MATLAB软件计算得到的多元回归方程(P<0.01)具有统计学意义,因此可以为进一步研究山楂叶提取物的活性成分提供科学的理论依据。Objective: To investigate the correlation between the chemical composition represented by the characteristic peaks of different extracts of Crataegi Folium and the plasma viscosity of blood stasis rats,to provide a theoretical basis and data support for the establishment of the quality control model of traditional Chinese medicine which was "Fingerprints are associated with efficacy".Methods: Fingerprints of different extracts of Crataegi Folium were established by HPLC method. The multivariate linear regression equation of peak X and plasma viscosity Y was calculated by stepwise regression analysis of MATLAB software. Results: There were 32 common peaks in the fingerprint,X9,X(10),X(11),X(13),X(14),X(15),X(17),X(19),X(27),X(31) and plasma viscosity values were related to the composition of functional groups. X9,X(10),X(13),X(14),X(17),X(31) had a negative correlation,there may be active monomer components,of which X(14) was Vitexin glucoside,X(17) was Vitexin. Conclusion: This study uses MATLAB statistical software to calculate the multiple regression equation( P 0. 01),which is statistically significant,it can provide a scientific basis for further study of the active components of Crataegi Folium extract.
