摘 要:特高压直流闭锁会对电网频率造成冲击,造成大量负荷损失。同时还会对区域电网联络线潮流产生扰动,并伴有电网解列、系统频率及线路潮流过载等情况,给电网频率带来较大风险。为深入了解特高压直流闭锁后的电网频率特征以及机组一次调频情况,对宜宾-金华直流闭锁故障进行研究。分析了安徽电网频率变化特性和安徽电网发电机组一次调频现状,提出了优化机组一次调频性能措施。通过分析在直流闭锁故障后不同电网输送功率下安徽电网频率扰动的规律,以指导不同类型机组一次调频响应变化。采用BPA软件,仿真分析对电网频率造成影响的因素,如电网功率缺额幅度、机组一次调频性能、参与一次调频机组总容量等,为今后新的电网格局下稳定特高压电网频率控制提供了参考。Ultra high voltage(UHV) DC blocking may impact the grid frequency and cause large loss of loads. In addition,it may also cause disturbance to the tidal current of the regional power grid along with grid disconnection,system frequency and line power flow overload,bring more risk to grid frequency. In order to further understand the grid frequency characteristics and the situation of primary frequency regulation( PFR) of the units after UHV DC blocking,the Yibin-Jinhua DC blocking faults are researched. The characteristics of frequency variation in Anhui Power Grid and the current situation of PFR of generation units in Anhui Power Grid are analyzed,and the measures to optimize the performance of PFR of the units are proposed. By analyzing the regular pattern of frequency disturbance of Anhui Power Grid under different grid transmission power after DC blocking fault,which could guide the response changes of PFR for different types of units. The influence factors of the power grid frequency are analyzed by using BPA simulation such as the grid power shortfall magnitude,performance of PFR of the unit,and the total capacity of the units involving PFR and etc. All these will provide references for stabilizing the UHV power grid frequency under the new grid structure.
