摘  要:对方家山核电厂分步式控制系统(DCS)I/A系列FBM208模块的故障多发问题进行了研究。采用了失效与影响分析和测试相结合的方式,调查故障发生的原因。考虑到现场使用环境无明显外界干扰,指出元器件缓慢老化为导致模块故障的根本原因。通过失效模式及影响分析方法分析模块故障原因,得出模块内部压敏电阻损坏导致模块失效这一结论。试验证明,压敏电阻发生了性能老化现象。压敏电阻故障产生的短路电流通过电路线路损坏了线圈与保险丝使模块失电。针对故障原因,提出了改进模块输出端设计方案。该方案解决了FBM208模块的故障多发问题。In order to investigate the fault-prone of the FBM208 modules of I/A series distributed control system( DCS) operated in Fangjiashan nuclear power plant,the method of failures and effects analysis combining with test is used to find out the causes of the faults. Considering the environment without obvious external interference,the aging of the components is proposed as the underlying cause of module malfunctions. The causes of fault are analyzed by using the failure and effects analysis,and the conclusion is that the internal varistors damage of the module causes the module to fail. Experiments verify that the varistors have experienced performance aging. The short-circuit current caused by the varistor fault damages the coil and fuse,and de-energizes the module. Aiming at the fault reason,the method of improving the design of output of the module is proposed,and the high failure rate of the FBM208 module is resolved.
