摘  要:为了解决目前潜艇导弹舱高压气在导弹发射过程中压力和流量缺乏有效监控手段的问题,设计了基于虚拟仪器的导弹舱高压气压力和流量监控系统,完成了现场数据的采集、传输、实时显示和记录。分析了系统的整体结构,构建了以压力传感器、流量传感器、信号调理设备、数据采集卡和计算机为主体的硬件平台,利用Lab VIEW 2013开发了模块化的系统软件,并详细介绍了各软件模块的基本原理和实现方法。该系统能够实现导弹舱高压气多个测量点压力、流量信号的不间断检测和数据保存。与传统监控系统相比,该系统在数据采集、处理、显示和存储方面具有很大优势,解决了以硬件为核心的监控仪器存在的直观性、交互性、扩展性差的问题。整个系统结构简单、测量精度高,可根据测试对象和测量参数的变化,进行相应的软硬件更新扩展,能够推广应用到其他监控环境中。In order to solve the problem of the lack of effective monitoring means for the pressure and flow of the high-pressure gas in the submarine missile cabin during missile launching a pressure and flow monitoring system based on virtual instrument is designed to realize data acquisition,data transmission,data recording,and real-time display. The overall structure of system is analyzed and the hardware platform including pressure sensor,gas flow sensor,signal conditioning device,data acquisition card and computer is built. Modular system software is developed by adopting Lab VIEW 2013,the basic principle and the implementing method of each module are introduced in detail. The system can realize uninterrupted detection and data storage for multiple detection points. Comparing with traditional monitoring system,the system has great advantages in data acquisition,processing,display and storage,and solves the problems of poor intuition,interactivity and scalability in the monitors based on hardware. The whole system is simple in structure and offers high accuracy,its hardware and software can be updated and extended according to the change of test object and measurement parameters; and popularize to other monitoring environments.
