摘　　要：[目的]分析患方对医师多点执业的认知、需求和评价,探讨存在的问题并提出完善对策。[方法]选择江苏省6家医疗机构,调查患者和家属869人,应用秩相关、卡方检验和logistic回归分析调查数据。[结果]6.33%的被调查者了解医师多点执业政策,对医师多点执业的支持率为51.67%,不同年龄和相关政策了解程度对多点执业支持的态度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。如果大医院医生定期到基层医院开展多点执业,74.34%的被调查者会首选到基层医院就诊。7.48%的被调查者接受过医师多点执业服务,对医疗技术水平、治疗效果和总体服务满意度分值分别为3.97分、3.82分和3.92分,三者之间有相关关系(P<0.01)。[结论]加强医师多点执业政策的宣传,完善相关法律法规、医疗责任险、医疗服务监管等配套措施,以保证医师多点执业的诊疗质量和安全。Objective To analyze the cognition,requirement and appraisal for doctors＇ multi-site practice based on the view of patients,study the problems and put forward the countermeasures. Methods 869 patients and family members were investigated in 6 medical institutions of Jiangsu Province. Rank correlation,chi-square test and logistic regression were applied to analyze the survey data. Results 6. 33% of investigated person knew about doctors＇ multi-site practice policy,approval rate was 51. 67%. There was statistical significant in different age and knowing level to relevant policy of doctors＇ multi-site practice（ P〈 0. 05）. If doctors of major hospitals went to practice in grass-root hospitals,74. 34% of respondents would like to go to grass-root medical institutions for treatment at their first choice. 7. 48% of respondents ever received the doctors＇ multi-site practice services. The satisfaction score of medical technology,treatment effect and total medical service was3. 97,3. 82 and 3. 92 respectively,there was correlation（ P〈 0. 01）. Conclusions The publicity of doctors＇ multi-site practice policy should be strengthened. In order to ensure the medical quality and safety of doctors＇ multi-site practice,some measures include perfecting relevant laws and regulations,medical liability insurance and supervision of medical services.
