不同运动状态下塑身内衣对乳房运动的影响

摘　　要：为了解不同运动状态下,女性在穿着塑身内衣前后乳房的运动规律,采用三维运动捕捉的方法,测试受试者在穿着塑身内衣和裸胸状态下的乳房的相关数据,并通过Excel和SPSS进行数据分析,得出在不同运动状态下乳房的运动规律以及塑身内衣对乳房运动的影响.研究发现,乳房各标记点在三维空间的不同方向上的相对位移极差为Y>X>Z;乳房上各点之间的相对位移极差变化无显著差异;在同一运动状态下,着装后乳房与躯干运动的时间差的绝对值小于裸胸状态;在不同运动状态下,乳房在垂直方向上的相对位移极差最大;运动状态Ⅱ时相对位移极差减小率为49%;乳房的相对时间差随着运动步频的增大而增大,相同步频下纵跳大于跑步,运动时穿着塑身内衣可有效减小乳房的相对运动程度.In order to understand the movement of the breasts before and after wearing shapewear in different sports states,the method of three-dimensional motion capture is used to test the related data of the naked breasts and those with bra.Data were collected and analyzed by Excel and SPSS, and then the law of movement of the breasts and the effect of the shapewear on the breast movement were obtained in different sports conditions. The study found that the relative displacement difference of breast markers in different directions in three-dimensional space was Y〉X〉Z . There is no significant difference in the relative displacement among the points on the breast. In the same states of motion, the absolute value of the time difference between the breast and the trunk after dressing is smaller than that of the bare chest.In different movement conditions, the relative displacement difference of the breast in the vertical direction is extremely large; the reduction rate of relative displacement difference at the state of movement II is 49%;the relative time difference of the breast increases with the motion frequency, and the vertical jump is larger than that of the running in the same frequency.The relative movement of the breast is reduced effectively when wearing shapewear during exercise.
