耳内镜下不同给药频率曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗真菌性外耳道炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨耳内镜下不同给药频率曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗真菌性外耳道炎的临床疗效。方法选择我院2016年1月~2017年1月期间门诊90例(132耳)真菌性外耳道炎的患者作为研究对象,按给药频率分为3组(每组30例)。每组均在门诊耳内镜下给予涂抹曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗。A组2天涂抹一次,B组4天涂抹一次,C组7天涂抹一次。疗程均为2周,观察3组患者的临床疗效。结果耳内镜下用曲安奈德益康唑乳膏3种给药频率治疗外耳道真菌病的临床疗效,经两两比较,A组与B组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组与C组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组与C组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组与B组疗效优于C组,3组均未见明显的不良反应。结论耳内镜下用曲安奈德益康唑乳膏给药治疗真菌性外耳道炎疗效显著,安全性好,4天涂抹一次效果最佳,提高了患者的依从性,节约了医疗资源,还提高了治愈率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different administration frequency of Compound Econazole Nitrate Cream under ear endoscopy in the treatment of fungal otitis externa. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017, 90 cases（132 ears）of patients with fungal otitis externa in our hospital were selected as subjects,and divided into three groups according to the frequency of administration（30 cases in each group）. Three groups of patients used smearing Compound Econazole Nitrate Cream under ear endoscopy. Group A smeared once every 2 days, group B once every 4 days and group C once every 7 days. After the treatment of 2 weeks, the clinical curative effect of the three groups of patients were compared at the end of treatment. Results To compare the clinical efficacy of three administration frequency of smearing Compound Econazole Nitrate Cream under ear endoscopy in the treatment of fungal otitis externa, there was no statistical significance between group A and group B（P〈0.05）, there was statistical significance between group A and group C（P〈0.05）, and there was statistical significance between group B and group C（P〈0.05）. The efficacy of group A and group B was better than that of group C, and no obvious adverse reactions were observed in the three groups.Conclusion Smearing Compound Econazole Nitrate Cream under ear endoscopy applied to the treatment of the fungal otitis externa has obvious curative effect. It is best to apply once every 4 days. That can improve patient compliance, save medical resources, and improve the cure rate.
