盐酸达克罗宁胶浆两种服用方法在电子鼻咽喉镜检查中的麻醉效果比较

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸达克罗宁胶浆不同服用方法在电子鼻咽喉镜检查中的局部麻醉效果。方法将400例进行电子鼻咽喉镜检查患者随机分成两组:一组为一次性口服10ml盐酸达克罗宁胶浆;另一组分两次口服,每次服用5ml,间隔2min。对检查时患者的配合程度、入镜顺畅性、检查是否顺利完成等进行评估,并对患者的恶心程度进行评分,数据资料行统计学处理。结果盐酸达克罗宁胶浆分两次口服与一次性口服相比较,对咽喉黏膜的表面麻醉效果及减少患者不适感等方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论电子鼻咽喉镜检查行咽喉黏膜表面局部麻醉时,盐酸达克罗宁胶浆10ml可一次性口服,以简化操作流程,提高工作效率。Objective To study the local anesthetic effect of Dyclonine Hydrochloride Mucilage（DHM） in electronic nasopharyngoscope examination. Methods 400 patients were randomly divided into two groups. One group is one-time oral 10 ml of DHM while the other group was taken twice（5 ml/time） at 2 min interval. The patient＇s degree of cooperation, the smoothness of the laryngoscopes when entering and whether the examination were completed successfully were evaluated, and scored the degree of patient＇s nausea. Results There was no significant difference between two times oral administration and one-time oral administration of DHM in aspects of anesthetic effect and alleviateing the discomfortableness of patients. Conclusion DHM could be taken by one-time oral when used in electronic nasopharyngoscope examination to simply operation flow and improve working efficiency.
