摘　　要：天津市法学会环境与资源保护法分会2018年学术年会暨学习习近平生态文明思想理论研讨会在天津工业大学举行。会议主题为“学习习近平生态文明思想，奋力推进美丽天津建设”。会议由开幕式、主旨报告、专题研讨等部分组成。专题研讨围绕“人与自然和谐共生、全面推进生态文明建设”；“维护人类命运共同体、依法解决突出环境问题”；“最严生态法治要求、创新制度强化执法”等三个分主题展开。与会人员共同学习研讨了习近平生态文明思想的“六大原则”“五大体系”等内容，并对美丽天津建设建言献策。The 2018 academic annual conference of environmental and resource protection law branch of Tianjin Law Society and the theoretical seminar on Xi Jin-ping＇ s thought of ecological civilization was held in Tianjin polytechnic university. The theme of the meeting is ＂learning Xi Jin-ping＇ s thought of ecological civilization and striving to promote the construction of beautiful Tianjin＂. The conference consists of the opening ceremony, the keynote report, and the symposium.The symposium focuses on three sub-themes including ＂harmonious coexistence between human and nature, promoting the construction of ecological civilization in an all-round way＂, ＂maintaining the community of human destiny, solving the major problems of the environment by law＂, and ＂the strictest ecological requirements of the rule of law, the strengthening of the law enforcement of innovation system＂ and so on. The participants studied and discussed the ＂six principles＂ and ＂five systems＂ of Xi Jin-ping＇ s thought of ecological civilization and made suggestions on the construction of beautiful Tianjin.
