苗药药棒疗法治疗颈型颈椎病30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察苗药药棒疗法治疗颈型颈椎病有效性及其即时镇痛疗效。方法:选取60例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组用苗药药棒疗法,对照组采用普通针刺疗法。分别于治疗前后及1个月随访时观察两组患者NPQ评分及VAS评分变化,并且根据疗效评价标准计算有效率;首次治疗后并进行VAS评分,以便于观察两种疗法的即时镇痛效应;记录不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组有效率为86.00%,对照组有效率为83.00%;1个月随访,观察组有效率为53.00%,对照组为40.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组NPQ评分:治疗后及1个月随访时观察组和对照组与治疗前NPQ评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。组间比较:治疗后及1个月随访时两组NPQ评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组VAS评分:两组首次治疗后、治疗结束后及一个月随访分别与治疗前VAS评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),且首次治疗后两组VAS评分比较差异更显著;在整个治疗过程中,未发现苗药药棒疗法或普通针刺疗法对受试者正常生理指标产生不良影响,未出现晕棒、病情加重、皮肤损伤等不良反应。结论:苗药药棒疗法和普通针刺疗法对颈型颈椎病患者均有较好的临床疗效,两组疗效相当,但首次治疗后,苗药药棒疗法在改善疼痛程度上明显优于针刺疗法,说明苗药药棒疗法具有更好的即时镇痛效应,值得临床推广应用。Objective Observe miao medicine rod therapy with common acupuncture therapy in patients with neck type of cervical spondylosis of effectiveness of neck pain and its immediate analgesia effect. Method 60 patients were randomly divided into the observation group（ 30 cases） and the control group（ 30 cases）. The controlled group was given by common acupuncture therapy,the observation group was given miao medicine rod therapy. The NPQ scores and The VAS score of the two groups was observed before and after treatment and 1 month follow-up,And the efficiency is calculated according to the evaluation standard. After the first treatment,VAS score was performed to observe the immediate analgesic effect of the two therapies. And record the occurrence of adverse reactions. Result At the end of the treatment,miao medicine medicine rod group of the effective rate was 86. 00%,The normal acupuncture group was 83. 00%. 1 month follow-up,miao medicine medicine rod group of the effective rate was 53. 00%,The normal acupuncture group was 40. 00%. No statistical significance was found in the chi-square test（ P〈0. 05）; The NPQ score ： At the end of the treatment and 1 month follow-up,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01） compared with the pre-treatment NPQ score.
