摘　　要：媒体资产管理系统简称媒资管理系统，是为满足广播电视等媒体的数字化发展而构建的内容管理平台。其能有效解决传统磁带储存、传输方式的局限性，实现音视频素材的数字化和网络视频的信息共享，提升媒体资产的使用价值。Media asset management system, referred to as media capital management system, is a content manage- ment platform to meet the digital development of radio and television media. It can efl＇eetively solve the limitations of storage and transmission of traditional tape, realize the digitalization of audio and video materials and information sharing of network video, and improve the value of the use of media assets.
