摘　　要：一般情况下，综采工作面使用的刮板运输机的拆除方法是：在施工地点设置装车站，在装车的位置设多台手拉葫芦，用矿用绞车将刮板运输机的各个部位拖运至装车点，然后用装车点的手拉葫芦将刮板机的各个部件逐一吊起，装在平板车上，运出。这种方法也是结合淮南矿区地质情况而特有的撤除方法。但是，该方法存在较多缺点。本文以QDDC20型气动单轨吊为例，介绍了不同于上述撤除刮板输送机技术，使用气动单轨吊撤除刮板输送机，其具有结构简单，操作方便，安全高效等优点，为综采工作设备撤除提供了新的工艺和技术指导。Generally, the dismantling method of the scraper conveyor used in the fully mechanized face is to install the station in the construction site, set up a number of hand hoists in the position of the loading, and drag the parts of the scraper conveyor to the loading point by the winch, then hoist the parts of the scraper by the hand hoist of the loading point. Start, install it on a flat ear and send it out. This method is also a special method of removal combined with the geological conditions of Huainan mining area. However, there are many shortcomings in this method. Taking QDDC20 pneumatic monorail crane as an example, this paper introduced the removal of scraper conveyor, which was different from the technology of removing scraper conveyor, and used pneumatic monorail crane to remove scraper conveyor. It had the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, safe and efficient and so on. It provided new technology and technical guidance for the removal of fully mechanized mining equipment.
