摘 要:目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动对提高心内科住院患者饮食知晓率的影响。方法本科室于2016年6月成立QCC小组。针对住院患者对治疗饮食知晓率较低的问题,运用QCC方法进行了主题选定、现况把握、目标设定、解析、对策拟定、对策实施与探讨、效果确认及成果检讨等活动。结果经过9个月的活动,心内科住院患者治疗饮食知晓率由改善前的72.00%提高至改善后的96.27%,达到了活动目标。结论 QCC活动提高了心内科住院患者治疗饮食知晓率,在临床中应予以推广。Objective To discuss the effect of quality control circle (QCC) activity on the improvement of awarenessrate of therapeutic diets for hospitalized patients in cardiovascular department. Methods Our department formed QCCgroup in June 2016. Referring to the lower awareness rate of therapeutic diets for hospitalized patients, multiple activitiesapplied by QCC method such as topic-pickusituation-hold, current-grasp, goal-setup, analysis, countermeasures-formulate,countermeasure-implementation and discussion, result-confirmation, and achievement-discussion had been carried out.Results After nine months of activities, the awareness rate of therapeutic diets for hospitalized patients in cardiovasculardepartment had increased from previously 72.00% to currently 96.27%, which had fulfilled the goals of the activities.Conclusion QCC activities improve the awareness rate of therapeutic diets for hospitalized patients in cardiovasculardepartment, which should be further promoted in clinical activity.
