关于高校智慧校园业务流程优化再造的研究

摘　　要：随着智慧校园研究工作的深入开展,传统管理模式的不足逐渐暴露出来,这对推动高校智慧校园业务流程上的完善与优化提供了巨大的帮助。本文分析了高校中的人力资源管理和校园资产管理两方面的业务流程,提出一些具体的优化再造方法,希望有助于后期研究工作的进一步展开。With further development of research work of smart campus, shortcomings of traditional management mode have been gradually exposed, which provides great help to business process improvement and optimization of intelligent campus. The article analyzes business process of human resource management and campus asset man-agement in colleges and universities, puts forward some specific methods of optimization reengineering, to help further research work in later period.
