摘　　要：担负人才培养重责的卓越法律人才培养计划已实施六年,其效率和满意度均需要提升。这一计划所确定的法律人才目标虽针砭时弊却需要在长期性、稳定性和前瞻性上进一步提升和固化人才培养目标。依托全面依法治国提出的法治人才概念,以法治为基础,吸收法律人才基本素质,倡导培养具有法律之德性、法律之知性和法律之技性三位一体的法治人才,是对卓越计划法律人才培养目标的修正和深化。卓越计划所推行的产学研联合培养模式是法治人才培养的有效路径,但需要更权威的顶层安排、更有效的制度设计和更强力的行动推进。法治人才的培养是一个整体性和系统性过程,需要法学院回归本质功能,并与实务部门密切配合,共同构成法治人才培养的主体机制和培养环节,形成更有成效的产学研联合培养模式。The training plan for outstanding legal talents has been implemented for 5 years, which calls for efficiency and satisfaction to be strengthened in the areas of long-term objectives, stability and forward-looking talent cultivation despite the plan＇s precise target to problem-solving. With the concept of rule-of-law talents, the plan would be revised and modified to train talents qualified in professional ethics, learning and literacy of law. This paper, therefore, maintained that the mode of integrating industries, colleges and academic studies, a workable cultivating path, is necessary to be perfected through authoritative top-level design, efficient institutional formulation and powerful propelling dynamism. The cultivation of the rule-of-law talents is a whole systematic process, and it needs the essential combination of law schools and practical departments to improve the training mode in the sense of subjects, processes and efficiency.
