摘 要:目的比较颈部功能锻炼装置与运动疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将110例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为装置组和运动组,每组55例。两组分别接受颈部功能锻炼装置和运动疗法治疗,均治疗1个疗程。观察两组患者治疗前、治疗后1个月、6个月时疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)及治疗过程中的并发症发生情况。结果两组患者VAS评分及NDI均有随时间延长而下降趋势(P<0.05),但组间差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。两组患者在治疗过程中均无并发症发生。结论颈椎病功能锻炼装置和运动疗法均能有效缓解神经根型颈椎病患者的颈肩部疼痛症状,改善运动功能障碍。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between neck functional training device and kinesitherapy for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods Totally 110 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into device group and kinesitherapy group,with 55 cases in each group. The two groups received the treatment with neck functional training device and kinesitherapy respectively for one treatment course. The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) scores and Neck Disability Index(NDI) before treatment and after 1 month and 6 months of treatment,as well as the incidence of complications during treatment were observed in the two groups. Results The VAS scores and NDI decreased over time in the two groups(P〈0. 05),however,no statistically significant difference was found between the two groups(all P〈0. 05). No complications occurred during treatment in the two groups.Conclusion Both neck functional training device and kinesitherapy can effectively attenuate the symptom of neck-shoulder pain and improve motor function disorder in the patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
