参芪扶正注射液辅助治疗在中晚期宫颈癌术后化疗患者中的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨参芪扶正注射液辅助治疗在中晚期宫颈癌术后化疗患者中的效果。方法将92例中晚期宫颈癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组46例。两组术后均采用紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂化疗方案,观察组在此基础上加用参芪扶正注射液。比较两组患者治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群及自然杀伤(NK)细胞水平、体重变化、生活质量改善率以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组CD4+细胞、CD4+/CD8+比值及NK细胞均高于治疗前水平及对照组,而CD8+细胞则低于治疗前水平及对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组患者恶心呕吐、白细胞减少发生率均少于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组生活质量改善率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者体重改善率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液可改善中晚期宫颈癌术后化疗患者的免疫功能,缓解骨髓抑制并提高生活质量。Objective To explore the efficacy of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection as adjuvant therapy for postoperative patients with middle -stage and advanced cervical cancer undergoing chemotherapy. Methods Ninety-two patients with middle-stage and advanced cervical cancer were randomly divided into observation group（ n =46） and control group（ n =46）.Both groups were given chemotherapy regimen of paclitaxel liposome combined with cisplatin after surgery,and the observation group used Shenqi Fuzheng Injection additionally.The levels of T lymphocyte subsets and natural killer（NK） cells before and after treatment,weight changes,improvement rate of quality of life,and incidence of side effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the CD4 ＋ cells count,CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ ratio and NK cells count in the observation group were all higher than the levels before treatment and in the control group,however,the CD8 ＋ cells count in the observation group was lower than that before treatment or in the control group（all P 〈0.05）.The incidence rates of nausea and vomiting and leucopenia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（all P 〈0.05）.The improvement rate of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（ P 〈0.05）.No significant difference was found in the improvement rate of weight between the two groups（ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng Injection can improve immune function,relief bone marrow suppression and improve quality of life in the postoperative patients with middle-stage and advanced cervical cancer undergoing chemotherapy.
