摘  要:目的了解南宁市水源水和出厂饮用水中微囊藻毒素(MC)-LR浓度,初步评估其健康风险。方法采集2017年3~12月南宁市水源水和出厂饮用水样品,经C18固相萃取柱净化富集后,采用MC检测试剂盒对MC-LR进行定量分析,并应用水环境健康风险评价模型对监测结果进行健康风险初步评价。结果水源水和出厂饮用水MC-LR浓度范围分别为9.85~47.66 ng/L和3.34~16.79 ng/L。3~12月水源水和末梢水中的MC-LR浓度均随时间变化呈先上升后下降的趋势,在10月均达到峰值,3月最低。MC-LR所致成年人个人年健康风险值范围为(7.34×10-6~36.90×10-6)/年,儿童个人年健康风险值范围为(16.06×10-6~80.72×10-6)/年。结论南宁市2017年3~12月水源水和出厂饮用水MC-LR浓度在各个月份分布不均衡,差异可达数倍,儿童比成人更易于受到MC-LR污染的威胁。Objective To investigate the contents of microcystin(MC)-LR in the source water and drinking water in Nanning,and conduct a preliminary assessment of their health risks. Methods From March to December 2017,the source water and drinking water samples were collected in Nanning and were purified and enriched by the C18 solid phase extraction column. MC-LR was quantitatively analyzed using the MC test kit,then the risk assessment model of water environment was applied to a preliminary evaluation of the health risks of the monitoring results. Results The contents of MC-LR in the source water and drinking water ranged from 9. 85 to 47. 66 ng/L and from 3. 34 to 16. 79 ng/L,respectively. The contents of MC-LR in the source water and peripheral water changed over time,increased first and then decreased gradually,which peaked in October and reached the lowest in January. The levels of individual health risk of adults and children caused by MC-LR ranged(7. 34 × 10^-6-36. 90 × 10^-6) annually and(16. 06 × 10^-6-80. 72 × 10^-6) annually,respectively.Conclusion The contents of MC-LR in the source drinking water and drinking water in Nanning were unevenly distributed in different months,from March to December 2017,and several times difference could be found. Children were more vulnerable to MC-LR pollution than adults.
