摘  要:利用高速摄像机对交流接触器的分断电弧进行测试。搭建了基于高速摄像机的接触器分断电弧的测试系统,拍摄分断过程触头间电弧燃烧情况,利用MATLAB对系列电弧图像进行预处理,提取并分析了电弧的形态特征参数以及运动参数等特性,可为接触器分断过程的试验研究奠定基础。The arc characteristic testing of AC contactor by high-speed camera was introduced. First,the test system was built based on high-speed camera to research the arc characteristics. Then,the arc during breaking course was caught by high speed camera and the series of arc image was preprocessed. The breaking arc shape characteristic parameters and the motion characteristic parameters were extracted by the use of Matlab image processing program. It laid the foundation for the experimental research of the contactor breaking process.
