摘  要:以45%戊唑·咪鲜胺可湿性粉剂(WP)对小麦赤霉病进行田间防治。结果表明,在江苏睢宁试验点,900 g·hm^(-2)和1 050 g·hm^(-2)的45%戊唑·咪鲜胺WP对小麦赤霉病的防效分别为87.62%和91.36%,显著高于对照组(80%戊唑醇WP 120 g·hm^(-2)和25%咪鲜胺EC 900 mL·hm^(-2));在江苏里下河地区农业科学研究所试验点,900 g·hm^(-2)和1 050 g·hm^(-2)的45%戊唑·咪鲜胺WP施用后14 d对小麦赤霉病的防效分别为87.4%和91.4%,药后26 d分别为77.2%和81.2%,两种剂量处理的防效均显著高于对照药剂(430 g·L^(-1)戊唑醇SC 300 mL·hm^(-2)和50%咪鲜胺WP 600 g·hm^(-2)),但显著低于对照药剂(48%氰烯菌酯·戊唑醇SC 360 m L·hm^(-2))。综上所述,45%戊唑·咪鲜胺WP防治小麦赤霉病具有较好的效果,生产上建议使用剂量为1 050 g·hm^(-2),于小麦杨花期第1次施药,如药后7 d遇阴雨天气,必须进行第2次用药防治。The field experiment was conducted to control the wheat scab with 45% tebuconazole ·prochloraz WP in different areas.The results showed that, in Suining test base, the control efficiency to wheat scab by using 900 and 1 050 g·hm^(-2) of 45% tebuconazole·prochloraz WP were 87.62% and 91.36%, which were significantly higher than the control treatment, including 120 g·hm^(-2) of 80% tebuconazole WP, and 900 m L·hm^(-2) of 25% Prochloraz EC. In Jiangsu Lixiahe region agricultural science institute test base, the control efficiency of the above treatments were 87.4% and 91.4% in the 14 th days, and 77.2% and 81.2% in 26 th days respectively,which were higher than 300 m L·hm^(-2) of 430 g·L^(-1) tebuconazole SC and 600 g·hm^(-2) of 50% Prochloraz WP, but lower than 360 mL·hm^(-2) of 48% JS399-19·tebuconazole SC. In conclusion, 45% tebuconazole prochloraz WP could be used to control wheat scab, the dose of1 050 g·hm^(-2) was recommended in production, the first spraying was recommended at wheat blooming period, and the second spraying should be carried out in case of rainy weather within 7 days.
