摘 要:京郊地区实有树木株数占北京地区总数的50.99%,其年产落叶数量巨大,如何使落叶实现资源化利用尤为重要。本研究使用PEST分析法从政治、经济、社会和技术等宏观环境方面分析了近年来北京地区较为提倡的生物质固体成型燃料技术,结果发现这一技术处理落叶存在落叶难以收集、落叶资源尚未被充分利用等阻碍。笔者在此基础上为该技术的使用提出建议,即相关政策和技术均有待于进一步完善,同时提出在京郊通过落叶与牛羊粪便的交换处理落叶的创新方式,有利于形成林业与畜牧业和谐共生的局面。The number of trees in Beijing suburbs account for 50.99% of the total quantity in Beijing. Thus, there were a huge number of fallen leaves every year and resource utilization of the fallen leaves was very important. The study analyzed the biomass solid fuel technology from the macro environments including political, economic, social and technological aspects through PEST analysis method.The results showed that the biomass solid fuel technology had some obstacles that fallen leaves were difficult to collect and not fully utilized. Based on the PEST analysis, the study proposed suggestions of biomass solid molding fuel technology to handle leaves. The related politics and technology need further improvement, and meanwhile the study also proposed an innovative way to treat leaves through the exchange of leaves and cattle ' manure in the suburbs of Beijing, which was beneficial to form a situation of harmonious coexistence between the forestry and animal husbandry.
