对我国农业科技基础条件建设的思考

摘　　要：本文从农业科技基础条件建设的内涵出发,分析了我国农业科技基础条件建设现状与面临的挑战,从制度创新、平台建议、评价机制以及人才队伍建设四个方面提出了改进建议。Beginning with the essence of the construction of agricultural science and technology infrastructure, in this paper the author analyzed the current situation and challenge of the construction of agricultural science and technology infrastructure in our country, and then presented the improvement measures in the aspects of system innovation, platform construction, evaluation system and talented persons training etc.
