摘  要:用半圆弯拉试验评价了材料空隙率与断裂能的关系,选取24%为合适的空隙率指标设计级配,对比分析了SMA-13、AC-13和半柔性路面材料SFP-13的高低温性能和抗水损害性能。实验结果表明:沥青混合料基体级配的空隙率对半柔性材料的断裂能有较大影响,最佳空隙率值为24%。SFP-13动稳定度为39 375次/mm,低温弯拉强度较大,最大弯拉应变为2 562με,与普通沥青混合料相当。劈裂抗拉强度比为93%,具有较好的高低温性能和抗水损害性能,能充分满足严苛特殊路段对材料的要求。The semicircular bending test is used to evaluate the relationship between the porosity and fracture energy of the material, and 24% is selected as the appropriate voidage to design the gradation. The high and low temperatures and the anti-water damage property of SMA-13, AC-13 and semi-flexible pavement material SFP-13 are compared and analyzed. The experimental results show that the voidage of the gradation of the asphalt mixture matrix has a great influence on the fracture energy of the semi-flexible material, and the best porosity is 24%. The SFP-13 has a dynamic stability of 39 375 times/mm, a low temperature bending tensile strength, and a maximum bending strain of 2 562 με, which is comparable to ordinary asphalt mixtures.Splitting tensile strength ratio is 93 %. With good high and low temperature performance and resistance to water damage, it can fully meet the stringent material requirements of special sections.
