摘　　要：城市化进程中出现的非农就业转移会对不同规模林农营林中资源要素配置的决策行为和产出效益产生影响。在总结国内外相关研究基础之上,基于新劳动力转移经济学理论,讨论非农就业对于不同规模林农营林决策行为和效益的影响机制,为系统总结林业规模化经营的优劣势提供一个崭新视角和分析框架,为后续研究奠定重要研究基础。从现有国内外研究来看,从劳动力"转移效应"和"收入效应"出发讨论农户非农就业的影响主要集中在农业经济领域。在林业经济领域,缺乏从非农就业视角出发系统研究劳动力"转移效应"和"收入效应"对不同规模林农营林决策行为和效益影响的异质性及其作用机制,且相关研究缺乏问题导向,无法为非农就业不断增加的南方集体林区今后林业经营模式的选择提供科学依据。论文从理论机制分析出发,提出了研究假说。即非农就业对不同规模林农营林决策行为和效益产生的影响存在异质性,具体而言,非农就业带来的劳动力"转移效应"会造成普通户营林决策行为和效益产生负面影响,而非农就业的"收入效应"会造成规模户营林决策行为和效益产生正面影响。今后需要加强非农就业对不同规模林农营林决策行为和效益影响的实证研究,多维度剖析"非农就业"这一概念。同时,在进一步对该问题实证检验中需要注意非农就业劳动力"转移效应"准确测度、营林活动的长周期性和经营项目的复杂性以及营林主体经济与生态价值合理测算等问题。This paper examined the impact of off-farming employment on heterogeneities for rural households＇ forest management value including economic and ecological value with different sizes.It provided a new perspective and an analytical framework to help find the strengths and weaknesses of forest management on a large scale and laid a foundation for future research.Many researches have been done in the field of agriculture economics which discussed the impact of off-farming employment on labors immigration and their income.In the field of forest economics,many researches studied the relationship between off-farming employment and forest ecological policies or forest tenure reform in southern collective forest areas.However,few researches discussed the impact of off-farming employment on heterogeneities for rural households＇ forest management value of different sizes.Based on an analytical framework,the paper proposed the hypothesis that off-farming employment had negative impact on the decision-making and values of small-scale forest ownership while it had positive impact on the large-scale forest ownership. More empirical studies are to be conducted to testify this hypothesis.Besides,further empirical studies should pay more attentions to the measuring of labors＇ immigration effect,the long rotation and complexity of forest management and the calculation of the values from forest management.
