森林资源异质性对收入不平等的影响——基于1986—2012年省际面板数据

摘　　要：森林资源具有区域异质性,深入了解森林资源异质性对收入不平等的影响,对实现区域社会经济协调发展具有重要意义。基于中国20个省区1986—2012年面板数据,利用差分模型,深入分析森林资源禀赋对收入不平等的影响。结果表明:在森林资源不丰裕区内,经济增长每提升1%,区域收入不平等状况将上升0.091%,对外开放程度每提升1%,收入不平等状况将增加0.172%;森林资源丰裕区在收入不平等层面上存在森林资源的"资源诅咒"效应,森林资源丰裕度每提升1个百分点,区域基尼系数将上升0.005个百分点。因此,在缓解收入不平等的过程中,森林资源不丰裕区应重视调整经济增长方式;森林资源丰裕区则应合理定位森林资源角色,弱化森林资源的"资源诅咒"效应。As forest resources have regional heterogeneity,it is of great significance for the coordinated development of regional social economy to understand the impact of forest resource heterogeneity on income inequality.Based on panel data of 20 provinces and autonomous regions in China from 1986 to 2012,the paper analyzed the influence of forest resource endowment on income inequality by using the differential model. The conclusions are as follows： Firstly,in areas which are not abundant in forest resource,income inequality will rise 0.091% when economic growth increases 1%,and income inequality will rise 0.172% when the degree of opening to outside world increases 1%; secondly,the forest resources have＂resource curse＂in income inequality level,leading to income inequality in areas which are rich in forest resource,income inequality will rise0.005% when the degree of forest resource abundance increases 1%. Therefore,in the process of income inequality remission,the government of areas which are not abundant in forest resource should make efforts to adjust the economic growth mode; and the government of areas rich in forest resource should reasonably position the role of forest resource in the economic development to weaken the＂resource curse＂effect of forest resources.
