摘 要:随着烟气超低排放改造的开展,引增合一风机广泛应用于火力发电厂。基于DL/T 5240—2010《火电发电厂燃烧系统设计计算技术规程》,对某330 MW机组引增合一改造后的炉膛及烟风系统进行安全评估,发现高压头大流量风机造成炉膛及烟风系统內爆的可能性增大。建议通过优化风机设计及选型、优化烟风系统阻力及完善热控压力保护系统等方式,降低炉膛及烟风系统发生内爆的几率。With the prevalence of ultra-low emission reformon flue gas,the integration of induced draft fan( IDF) and boost fan( BF) in the power plant is commonly applied in power stations. Based on the DL/T 5240—2010 Technical Code for Design and Calculation of Combustion System of Fossil-fried Power Plant,a safety assessment on the boiler furnace and flue gas system of a 330 MW unit was carried out. It was found that the possibility of internal explosion of boiler furnace and flue gas system caused by high-pressure large-flow IDF was increased. It is suggested that by optimizing the design and selection of the IDF,optimizing the resistance of the flue gas system and improving the pressure protection system of thermal control,the probability of internal explosion of boiler furnace and flue gas system could be reduced.
