摘 要:目前废旧纺织品的回收利用技术,回收的范围仅限于单一或双组分的纤维产品,废旧纺织品的回收越来越受到关注。将废旧纺织品进行回收利用,可以减少环境污染,节约能源。之前的研究都是对单一组分进行废旧面料的回收,几乎没有对于三组分面料的研究。以废旧毛涤粘面料三组分面料为研究对象,并且以回收1kg废旧毛涤粘面料为例,初步构建了回收价值体系,提出回收过程中附加值的估算方法,具体衡量回收利用的经济效果。Waste textiles can be recycled to reduce environmental pollution and save energy. At present,the waste textile recycling technology has attracted more and more attention while it has not taken a major breakthrough and the scope of recovery is limited to single or two-component fiber products,three or multi-component fiber blended fabric recycling research is almost blank. Three groups of fabrics of waste wool and viscose fabrics were treated as the research objective and 1 kg waste wool/polyester/viscose blended fabric was taken as an example,the recycling value system was established and the estimation methods of added value of recycling process were put forward to measure the economic effects of recycling.
