摘 要:采用聚乙二醇(PEG)和聚环氧丙烷二醇(N210和N220)与IPDI反应,加入DMPA进行亲水扩链,再加入后扩链剂1,4-丁二醇,优化出最佳合成工艺,制备水性聚氨酯。测试整理后织物的各项性能,结果表明最适混合二元醇PEG与聚环氧丙烷二醇摩尔比为3:1和4:1。Polyethylene glycol( PEG) and poly( propylene oxide glycol)( N210 and N220) were used to react with IPDI,DMPA was adopted to conduct hydrophilic chain extension,the after-chain extender 1,4-butanediol was added to optimize the synthesis process and the waterborne polyurethane was prepared. The finished fabrics were tested and the results showed that the optimal molar ratios for mixed dibasic alcohol PEG and polypropylene oxide glycol were 3:1 and 4:1.
