摘  要:Kubelka-Munk理论与色料混合加和定律在颜色领域发挥着重要作用。利用自动滴液机和高温高压染色机制备红、黄、蓝三种单色和双拼色、三拼色以及黑色涤纶染色织物,XRite电脑测配色仪去检测染色之后涤纶织物的颜色。借助光学模型分析K-M光吸收与散射系数K和S以及K/S与染料浓度的关系。实验结果表明,织物K-M光学参数(K,S,K/S)与染料浓度C之间只有在较低浓度时才存在线性关系。The Kubelka-Munk theory and the color-mixing law have played an important role in color science and technology. The automatic drip machine and high temperature dyeing machine were used to make red,yellow,blue and black color samples. At the same time,the double mixed and three mixed color samples were made. The X-ray Rite computer color measurement instrument was used to test the dyeing polyester samples.Based on the optical model,the relationships between the K-M light absorption coefficient K,scattering coefficient S,K/S and dye concentration were analyzed. The results showed that the fabric K-M optical parameters(absorption coefficient K,scattering coefficient S,K/S) and dye concentration C were not a linear relationship unless at low concentration.
