数码喷墨印花技术研究现状及发展趋势

摘　　要：数码喷墨印花作为一种新型印花方式,具有无污染、小批量、个性化等诸多优点,受到印染行业的重视。介绍了数码喷墨印花的特点,阐述了不同织物喷墨印花的不同工艺,并针对不同墨水的印花预处理和后整理工艺进行综述。概括了喷墨印花墨水及设备的发展现状,分析了我国数码喷墨印花技术存在的不足之处,展望了我国数码喷墨印花技术的发展前景。Digital ink jet printing as a new way of printing has no pollution,small batch,individuation and many other advantages. Therefore,it has attracted the attention in the printing and dyeing industry. This paper briefly introduces the characteristics of inkjet printing and disccuss ink jet printing technology for the different fabric. Different ink printing pretreatment and finishing process are summarized. The ink jet printing equipment and the development present situation are analyzed. The shortcomings of ink-jet printing in China is presented.The prospects of the development of Chinese digital inkjet technology are also introduced.
