摘　　要：基于大批量生产测试的要求,设计开发出了基于单片机AT89S51磁簧开关测试仪,采用并联双线圈施加测试外加磁场激励,电源稳压电路提供线圈的工作电压,通过数模转换芯片及功放电路来调节线圈二端施加的激励工作电源,通过LED显示实际测量的值以及触点电阻值。Based on the requirements of mass production testing, a magnetic spring switch tester based on single chip microcomputer AT89 S51 is designed and developed. By applying the excitation of applied magnetic field, digital analog conversion chip and power amplifier circuit are used to adjust the power supply, and the value of actual measurement and contact resistance value are displayed by LED.
