摘 要:阿米洛利是一种口服的保钾利尿剂,常作为降压药物应用于临床。现有研究发现,作为多通道离子阻滞剂,阿米洛利在中枢神经系统疾病方面有极大的发展前景,如癫痫、偏头痛、多发性硬化、脑缺血再灌注损伤等。本文旨在探讨阿米洛利治疗中枢神经系统疾病的作用机制,为其在临床的应用提供一定的理论依据,并对阿米洛利及其衍生物在中枢神经系统疾病中的发展前景进行了展望。Amiloride is an oral potassium retaining diuretic, which is always used as antihypertensive drugs in clinic.Information available at present suggests that with the property of being multiple ion channel blockers, Amiloride has tremendous development foreground in the central nervous system diseases, such as epilepsy, migraine, multiple sclerosis and cerebral ischemia injury. This review aims to discuss the mechanisms of Amiloride in the central nervous system diseases, which provide certain theoretical basis in clinical practice, and also makes a prediction focusing on Amiloride and its derivatives in the central nervous system disease.
