摘　　要：目的系统评价八段锦对高血压患者血压的影响。方法通过检索公认的中英文数据库,纳入与八段锦干预高血压有关的随机对照试验研究。经过文献筛选、资料提取、质量和偏倚风险评价后,采用Rev Man5.1软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入8个研究,Meta分析结果示:无论疗程3个月、6个月,八段锦在降低收缩压[MD=-4.36,95%CI(-5.68,-3.04),P<0.000 01;MD=-8.81,95%CI(-10.84,-6.78),P<0.000 01]、舒张压[MD=-1.50,95%CI(-2.58,-0.43),P=0.006;MD=-4.53,95%CI(-6.23,-2.83),P<0.000 01]方面均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论八段锦具有一定的调节血压的作用,但是否取代药物治疗,有待高质量、大样本的前瞻性随机对照研究加以验证。Objective To evaluate the effect of baduanjin on blood pressure of patients with hypertension systematically.Methods By searching the recognized Chinese and English database, the randomized controlled trials related to baduanjin in intervention of hypertension were enrolled. Through document screening, data extraction, quality and bias risk assessment, Rev Man5.1 software was used to take Meta analysis. Results Finally, total 8 studies were enrolled, the results of meta-analysis showed that no matter when the course was 3 months or 6 months, baduanjin was better than the control group in reducing systolic blood pressure [MD =-4.36, 95%CI（-5.68,-3.04）, P〈0.000 01; MD =-8.81, 95%CI（-10.84,-6.78）, P〈0.000 01] and diastolic blood pressure [MD =-1.50, 95%CI（-2.58,-0.43）, P = 0.006; MD =-4.53,95%CI（-6.23,-2.83）, P〈0.000 01], the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Baduanjin has certain effects of regulating blood pressure, but whether it can replace drug therapy remains to be verified by prospective randomized controlled studies with high quality and large samples.
