摘　　要：急性肾盂肾炎是指各种病原微生物在尿路中生长、繁殖而引起的上尿路炎症性疾病,而肾脓肿则是肾盂肾炎常见的严重并发症之一。为进一步了解肾盂肾炎合并肾脓肿常见的发病诱因、发病机制及其治疗方法,本文报道吉林大学中日联谊医院收治的1例急性肾盂肾炎并发肾脓肿患者,进一步总结肾盂肾炎合并肾脓肿的临床治疗经验。Acute pyelonephritis is inflammatory of the upper urinary tract caused by various pathogenic microorganisms in the urinary tract. Renal abscess is one of the common serious complications of pyelonephritis. To further understand the common causes of pyelonephritis combined with renalabscess, this article reports one patient with acute pyelonephritis combined with renal abscess and septicemia admitted to China-Japan Union Hospital, Jilin University,and summarizes the clinical treatment experience of pyelonephritis combined with renal abscess.
