摘 要:局部干法横向焊接在海洋工程装备制造中具有潜在的应用价值,然而,受重力的影响,横向焊接时熔融金属向下流动,造成焊缝下塌,严重影响了焊接质量。通过试验研究了横向焊接时焊缝下塌随焊接电流、电压等工艺参数的变化规律。在此基础上,研究了侧向风场作用下旋转电弧横向焊接的焊缝成形质量。结果表明:横向焊接时焊缝下塌程度随焊接电流的增加明显变大,受焊接电压的影响较小。旋转电弧横焊可以获得较为一致的熔深,并在一定程度上减小焊缝下塌,其温度场分布也比普通横焊时均匀。侧向风场对抑制焊缝下塌具有明显的作用,但也会引起焊缝成形的不稳定,如何合理控制电弧区域的风场是局部干法焊接的关键。研究结果为实现局部干法水下横焊的熔池控制提供了基础。Local dry horizontal welding has potential application value in the manufacturing of ocean engineering equipments. However, due to the influence of gravity, the molten metal easily flow downward during horizontal welding process, it causes weld collapse and the welding quality is seriously affected. The change of weld collapse during horizontal welding with the welding current and voltage was studied through experiments. Based on this, the weld formation of rotating arc horizontal welding under lateral wind was studied. The results show that the degree of weld collapse increases with the increase of welding current, but is is not apparently influenced by the welding voltage. The uniform weld pool penetration is obtained by using rotating arc horizontal welding process, the degree of weld collapse decreases in an extent, and the temperature filed is more uniform than that of common horizontal welding. The lateral wind has an apparently effect to reduce the weld collapse, but it easily causes unstable weld formation. Reasonably control of the wind field in arc area is the key of local dry welding. The results provide foundation for the weld pool control during local dry horizontal welding process in water.
