摘 要:采用不同的始锻温度、终锻温度和锻造变形量进行了SKH-51高速钢机械油泵轴的锻造,并进行了低温冲击性能和高温磨损性能的测试与分析。结果表明:随始锻温度从1060℃增加到1160℃、终锻温度从860℃增加到920℃、锻造变形量从7%增加到15%,机械油泵轴的低温冲击性能和高温磨损性能均先提高后下降。机械油泵轴的始锻温度、终锻温度和锻造变形量分别优选为1120℃、880℃和13%。SKH-51 high speed steel mechanical oil pump shafts were forged by using different initial forging temperatures, final forging temperatures and forging deformation amounts. And the low temperature impact properties and high temperature wear resistance of the shafts were tested and analyzed. The results show that with the initial forging temperature increasing from 1060℃ to 1160℃, the final forging temperature increasing from 860℃ to 920℃, and the forging deformation increasing from 7% to 15%, the low temperature impact properties and high temperature wear resistance of the mechanical oil pump shaft firstly increase and then decrease. The optimized initial forging temperature, final forging temperature and forging deformation are 1120 ℃, 880 ℃ and 13 %, respectively.
